TABUK

Finely carved Mother of Pearl butterfly shell from the Luzon province, likely from the Gajapati dynasty on present day Odisha, in the Philippines islands. This fine shell ornament, beautifully presented with black diamonds and the original red glass beads, set with our signature 22k gold detailing.

The butterfly shape is integral to many ritual items found in island cultures of the pacific, most often this symbol is represented in marriage and fertility ceremonial ornament.

They are the spectacular highlight of these one-of-a-kind earrings!
